Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygienic liners and tags remain intact and the garments are in unwashed, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
